If your product is experiencing charging issues, physical defects, irregular vibrations, abnormal noise, or problems with turning on or off, performing a Hard Reset could solve your issue:
- Check on the product and charging base to see if there is anything on the charging pins and clean them if necessary.
- Now place your product on the DryTech stick with the logo facing downwards. The LEDs on the charging base will light up.
- Wait until there is only one LED flashing, which means the device has started charging. Wait for 5 seconds as the device is being reset.
- If it does not work, then pull the device all the way out of the charging base and insert it again properly.
- To turn on, press the (+) button for 5 seconds.
- Disable Smart Silence mode by pressing the Smart Silence button for 5 seconds.
- Increase the intensity to maximum by pressing the (+) button.
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve most common issues with your product.
